The “Administrative” Face Sheet screen tracks basic administrative information about each resident – like his name, birth date, room number, and Group. |
Most facilities organize their residents into “Care Groups” or “Resident Groups”. These Groups may be based on resident acuity, length of stay, or what part of the facility the residents are in. |
ProActivity Reports lets you define Groups for your residents to make it easier for you to work with sets of residents who have similar needs. You can use these Groups as a filter when you’re creating reports to tell the system to only show information about certain groups of residents.

ProActivity Reports uses the Administrative information tracked here throughout the system to help you identify specific residents and work with Groups of residents.
It also offers several reports based on the information specific to this Face Sheet, including a Birthdays report and an Age Distribution graph. | |
