In addition to the reports available in the Reports area, you can also find many useful reports in other areas of the system under the "Print" icon. It's in the main toolbar at the top of the screen.
In the Activities area, you can click on an activity in the Scheduling & Participation tab, and then choose reports from the "Print" icon that tell you more about the selected activity. For example, the "Resident Gathering Report" lists all of the residents that are signed-up (pre-scheduled) for a selected activity. The "Activity Template Report" prints an instruction sheet for the selected activity.
In the Residents area, you can use the "Print" icon when you're viewing a resident to print Face Sheets and resident lists.
