Desktop Help Resources

ProActivity Reports comes with an extensive Help System. It includes an illustrated hyperlinked online User Guide, helpful tips that appear each time you log in, and on-screen movies that will walk you through parts of the system.

You can get to the Help System and movies by clicking the Help icon on the main toolbar at the top of the screen while you’re running ProActivity Reports.

Training System

ProActivity Reports has a built-in Training System that allows you to safely simulate your facility and familiarize yourself with how the software works.

The training system is completely separate from your real resident information. Changes that you make to the information in the Training System and will not affect any of the real information for your facility. You can safely experiment with the Training System without worrying about messing up any of your real resident and activity information.

You can use the training system to familiarize yourself or a new staff member with the software, or to test out new ideas without changing your real information.
