Customer Key

 

The Customer Key is a series of letters and numbers unique to your facility. This key helps the Mature Solutions Team identify your facility so when you contact us, we will be able to help you more quickly and efficiently. The Customer Key is located in the Setup area of ProActivity Reports. To locate your Customer Key, please follow the instructions below.
To locate your Customer Key :
  • Log into Real Resident Information
  • Go to the Setup area by clicking on the Setup icon in the toolbar
  • Select Facility Information from the menu on the left side of the screen
  • The Customer Key is located in the top right corner of the screen
